Confusion on steering wheel switch bezels

I ordered a steering wheel audio control kit and a new left side switch with the Uconnect button for my 2015 Express. I would like to upgrade to the nice silver steering wheel bezel to add a little bit of flash to my boring black Express interior.

Looking at the part numbers, I'm confused on which part to order:

1YH76DX9AA - w/o leather steering wheel, grey

1YH77DX9AA - w/leather steering wheel, grey

I have the base urethane steering wheel. Does it matter which part I order? I found a picture of 1YH76DX9AA and it doesn't look like the silver bezels found in the higher trims. Is there another part number for it?

Let me rephrase this.

I have a steering wheel that looks like this:

I to upgrade to the silver part while I have my wheel apart to install the radio switches. I want my wheel to look like this:

What is the part number I need to order? Thanks.

I just checked the parts diagrams in a couple of places and I only see listings for grey (the really dark grey you have now) and beige. I would ask Benny in the AllMoparParts.com forum here. He should be able to get you the right # to order.

Yeah, I looked at that wheel. There is also a beige version as well. I'd have to swap the right switch panel out as well as I have the 8 speed and need the shift buttons. I hope I can buy the silver part separately and not be force to buy the whole steering wheel assembly.

Yeah, after I shot a PM off to Benny, I decided to just buy that wheel on eBay. Its only $65 (shipping was $32) and I figure that even if the wheel is bent, I can use the bezel and the left switch panel. For $65, I'll take that risk.

Some of the Laramie and Limited wheels are $400+ used. OEM prices are over $1k for the heated leather wheel. That is ridiculous!

I bought the leather big horn wheel with the audio controls for $120 shipped. No brainer and less of a headache to source out everything.

That's not bad. Although I would have to add some other carbon fiber parts to the interior so the wheel would match.

Just to update this thread in case someone else wants to change the wheel bezel to the silver part.

Benny replied that the part number of the silver bezel is 5NN22GFAAA. Its about $60-65.

If the used wheel on eBay I bought turns out to be beat up, I'll order just the silver bezel and swap it in when I do the stereo switch install.

thanks for the info, ive been wanting to do this as well. My bezel is black but would like the contrasting silver, looks nice. not sure how I feel about the carbon fiber overlay either

Kinda weird. When you put the part number in ebay, it pulls up different colors for the same part number. Seems like the light frost beige color looks closest to the silver however

Yeah, I noticed that as well. It seems like some sellers just use one part number for all the variations. You gotta be careful.

The used eBay wheel is supposed to be here tomorrow. I'll have to disassemble it to get the bezel out. I figure that it will be good practice before I tear into the wheel in my truck.

I Just bought one of these (5NN22GFAAA) and the fit at the left and right corners touching the leather do not fit flush...oh well.

That's the normal fit even from the dealership.

Correct.

I just installed an oem heated leather wheel with the silver bezel and have the same "issue". Going to look back at my old leather wheel and check but I bet it had the same "issue" too, with the black bezel

The black bezel I took off fit perfectly, and my friend’s 2018 Laramie has the silver bezel with the same smooth fit. That’s what I noticed, I’ve already installed it so I’ll just keep it.
