That's what my hemi said on the first start with the new JBA's. Had 3 broken bolts, all at different depths. What to do with the factory exhaust headers?

I think the OP meant that he installed the new headers and the manifolds had the broken bolts. Hence the line "what to do with the manifolds"

You could have the mating surface machined flat and hang onto them for when the headers rust out or pass them along to someone who wants to reuse manifolds when They extract their broken bolts and then they could take theirs off and slap those right back on assuming they’ve been resurfaced of course.
