Muffler Recommendations

Hey folks!

Muffler shopping has been brutal. Thought I found what I was looking for (Flowmaster 50 HD or 50 Delta) but it's not available for 2019's and beyond. They just make an outlaw and FX which are too loud in the cabin (drone).

Can anyone recommend a good muffler (in the vain of FM 50 HD or Delta) where you get that great sound (not too loud) also produces very low drone (daily driver here)?

What do you mean they don’t make it for the 2019+? It’s a universal muffler. I had a 50hd on my last hemi ram and loved it. Thinking of going borla now

I had a 50hd on my truck for a while. Probably my second favorite. As long as you get the correct input/output configuration, you should be able to find one that fits your truck.

I'm sporting a dynomax 6" round muffler now and it's awesome. Great sound outside, quiet inside the cab.

Just had a magnaflow muffler put on today and it sounds awesome...like you, i don't care for it to be too loud...this has a nice deep growl but not to loud...until you hit it, it will bring a smile to your face!

I went with the Flowmaster Super 40, and have been very happy so far. Love the aggressive idle. Drone has been tolerable, but is definitely present. WOT with the S&B intake is a beautiful sound.

This is a fairly inexpensive option. I think they'll fit the 2019 as well.... :headbang:

I did the Carwen bolt on and the sound is perfect. Your gonna get a million different opinions on this.

What did you end up going with? I have the Borla ProXS 40353 resonator delete with stock tips. It drones a little more than expected. I am considering sealing the weep holes on the resonators and reinstalling them or trying something different.

That sounds great! I just upgraded to 6.4L, what else did you buy aside from the Borla ProXS to make that work? was it bolt on?
