I purchased this Truck with 20,000 miles on 9/26/2017 and purchased the Lifetime Warranty. It now has 38,000 miles. I took my truck in yesterday (Dupage Dodge Glendale Heights, IL) because my service air suspension light can on. They checked the truck over and told me there was a broken part in the air suspension system . That's why the light can on. I was driving my wife to the grocery store not out 4 wheeling. They told me that this part is not covered and would cost appox $550. Please tell why this is not covered when I spent $3,000 on a lifetime warranty for this exact purpose. This truck has never been off road or abused by any mean. I was thinking with a lifetime warranty this truck could last us forever. But, unless this gets resolved you will be losing a customer forver.
