This is on a 2018 2500. Everything is wired “correctly.” I’m having this issue with the turn signals. When the running lights are on, they work perfectly. When they are off, this happens. The entire bar flickers and the sequence only runs half the length of the strip. Also, when I unlock the truck with the fob, the courtesy light doesn’t come on. When I open the door, it does. I connected that to the yellow wire with the purple stripe in the harness that goes to the truck mirror courtesy light.

It looks like you have it wired for sequential turn signal. If there is a turn signal wire try to leave it disconnected. It doesn't illuminate the whole length during the sequential portion because it's not powered long enough to complete it's sequence by the turn signal power source.

...but it works when the running lights are on and I turn the signal on. The full sequence. It’s weird

I see, that is strange. Maybe if you set your turn signals as DRLs you could set it and forget it. Do you have AlfaOBD?

AlfaOBD is an App that allows you to enable many factory options on FCA vehicles, one option being daytime running lights (DRL).
