That’s the point of 5100s: to LEVEL the truck by using the 5 grooves as your need fits. Looks like it’s gotta come apart again to get it “leveled”.

Alright yeah people kept telling me to leave them at the stock setting while running the 4inch readylift because of the angles

If the lift kit he’s running didn’t come with front knuckles etc to correct for a higher lift (isn’t ready lift one of the lifts without knuckles?).......

Then he might be begging for trouble. If you’re lift currently features 4” of lift provided by spacers and you’re on the factory knuckles then I’d advise against the above poster and leave the front struts at stock height.

But if it’s a true 4” lift with diff drop brackets/knuckles you’ll be okay going higher than stock height with the struts.

To me it doesn’t seem wise going even higher on stock knuckles and without a diff drop etc.

But maybe someone here’s got more info with this specific kit.

You can’t raise the front any higher than how it is now with the SST kit on or it will throw off the geometry in the front end. Stock height struts in the front only. If you installed Bilstein’s, they need to be set at zero. I have this same kit in mine.

A proper lift comes with knuckles.
