Check with the state consumer affairs department as they should have specifics for the lemon law in your state and what documentation you need to be have to be successful.

It's kind of a sham these days, all you really have to file, and if you meet the requirements set forth by the state as in time and number of repairs, the auto manu will settle on courthouse steps. It costs them too much to fight, especially when they loose nearly every case. I won 13 grand off the smallest issue, lawyer got 3 of that. no fight..

help your future lawyer, look up any tsb's on your issue, I did that, he should have paid me, lol.

More info? Your RAM?
Yeah. Been arguing with FCA and dealership for 45 days. The ABS just kicks on on one wheel when parking. The dealership doesn't have a clue what's wrong, and says they can't send a FCA tech to dealership cause of Covid. So it's been sitting there. My favorite situation was at day 30 the service manager said to pick it up since it was safe to drive. I asked him how they came to that conclusion since they don't even know what the issue is. FCA won't do anything lemon law related until they have thier tech look at it but won't send a tech out. So I think I'm gonna jump ship here, and just pick it up and trade it in on something else. Tired of paying for a truck I can't even drive safely.

Sounds unreal to me that they can't fix this. If they know which wheel speed sensor is causing the issue, there's where you concentrate. Is something flexing? Is a wire chaffed/broken?

Eric O from South Main Auto in Avoca NY would have this fixed in probably an hour's worth of labor.

They have replaced the abs module, and all wheel speed sensors already. They are "thinking" about replacing the steering rack and front suspension as I mentioned to them to look at steering box....I just give up. I won't be buying FCA ever again as thier customer service is atrocious and dealerships seem useless.

After they changed all those parts, is it that same wheel speed sensor still triggering the event?

What are the exact conditions that trigger this?

Any aftermarket add ons like LED reverse lights?

Yes same passenger side front wheel. Event that triggers it is 8-10mph turning right only steering wheel clocked 1 and 1/4 turn like your pulling into a parking spot. Only does it when on the gas about 5%.
Sounds from inside like abs/traction control is kicking on, no pedal or steering wheel feel from abs just noise.

No add ons. Only thing after market is tonneau cover. Still have original tires and rims on it.

I'm wondering if the tone ring on the front right CV shaft that the sensor reads off of is moving somehow. That or wire flex and an issue upstream on the connector harness.

Look at that, you've heard about the issue for all of 1 day and your already leaps and bounds over the dealership for diagnosis. Must be cause your actually trying.
Thank you for even taking an interest in helping.. I really appreciate it!!

LOL! I'm just an amateur that likes to troubleshoot this stuff.

Can almost guarantee the right guy would have this fixed in no time.

I wasn't joking on that south main auto reference above. This shop is amazing. There's others too, just gotta do some research and be patient to get in.

I'd just hate to see you go through the time and efforts for the lemon law thing or take a bath in trading it now, although truck values are through the roof at the moment because of cheap gas, people buying toys, etc..

Your 100% right about truck values...the only reason I'm thinking about trading it in.

Sounds very similar to an issue I'm having. They replaced the ABS module twice now, and can't clear the codes. The regional tech from FCA spent the day "diagnosing" it, and can't figure out what the issue is. Now Dealer is talking the Stellantis engineers, but they are slow to respond and are addressing it incrementally with baby steps, ie, are the batteries charged, check continuity, etc. It's been in the shop for 5 weeks now. It is under warranty with 25k miles. But it's basically an $80k brick.
