So I have a question I know that the 3.7 and 4.7 are similar as far as like ac power steering all being interchangeable my question is will a 4.7 throttle body fit on my 03 3.7?

It should, but what would be the point? Stock 3.7 TB is plenty big enough and I highly doubt you've done anything to the engine to be able to take advantage of it.

My 07 isn't electronic
Until you change cams, the breathing ability of the heads or have pressurized the induction system, you have not changed the engine's ability to take in more air. Also I hope you didn't buy those coils new lol.
Not until 2008, up through 2007 they are still cable. 2008 was the big upgrade and it included fly-by-wire. This is why when upgrading to the newer intake manifold you need a TB adapter.
