You're not messing around with that Raptor liner stuff
I am just using the airlift 1000s. Work well for me.
Found a dealer close by with the bumper brackets I needed so I was able to take a trip and go pick them up and I got my new bumper put on today.
Here’s the old rear bumper.
I was hit 2 different times by other people. None of the damage was done by me.
Here’s the new bumper.
I got the bumper pre-painted off of eBay for $286 shipped. It came with the top step pad and the license plate light housings. I am surprisingly happy with the paint and it matches my truck perfectly. I couldn’t have gotten a better paint match. I mean for $286 already painted, it’s an amazing fit and amazing paint.
Waiting for the body shop to call me and tell me my front bumper is painted and done so I can go pick it up.

Did the Chemical Brothers foam cannon is insane. It’s like 5”-6” of thick foam that covers the entire car you can’t even see it anymore and it’s for a normal hose.

If I’d known about that option before I bought my last bumper, I’d have swapped my heavy bumpers for stock painted ones!
Got a link for that one? I’ve got a Walmart one in my toolbox I’ve yet to use.
Looks great! I am going to have to stop reading your post, been wanting to upgrade rear control & sway & rear springs, every time I see your awesome set-up I start looking to buy vacation time from my work, driving my wife crazy. Also every time I see the soft topper I like it more! I really enjoy your off-road pics & the knowledgeable/ informative posts about our trucks.Got the new puppies on.

Finally got around to fixing my squeeking Helwig rear sway bar bushings I installed a few months ago!

My pleasure, bro. I listed the fine print details in my built thread as alwaysLooks great! You just want a light dab on the inside bushings than clamp on the sway bar. Then another light dab on the outside of the same bushings that you cover with the brackets that mount on the frame. Should be a one time thing. I've been running mine like a year already and those bushings have never squeaked. My truck is in the dirt a lot.I made the same mistake on my 2010 when I installed front and rear sway bars. Within a month, they were squeaking and driving me crazy. I ended up trading the truck in on a Wrangler before I could regrease them.
On my 2015, I made damn sure to lube everything thoroughly. I ended up using 1 3/4 of the 2 tubes of silicon grease that comes in the kit. That stuff is like anti seize; as soon as you open the container, its everywhere. I'm pretty sure my neighbor ended up with some on him and he was sitting in his living room across the street.
But, hey, NO SQUEAKS!

How do you like the soft topper? I'm looking at buying one for my Ram.Put my softopper back.
It's a frankenlift with top of the line parts I don't like any of the RAM kits so I use what I think are better parts and test fit them and off-road them to make sure I'm getting what I want and need.
The rear would be a 2.5" lift perhaps a little more if I didn't have the weight i have from mods. So in current configuration is an honest 2" rear lift that can hold a lot more weight than stock. Shocks are King built 2.5 piggybacks with the same length specs as Dirt King rear long travel shocks for the 1500. Revalved and tuned by accutune offroad for the mods I have nd the way I drive offroad. Coil springs are Clayton 2.5" lift Jeep Gladiator rear coils, Clayton overland+ rear control arms also from the Jeep Gladiator, Freedom offroad panhard, Hellwig sway bar, Core sway bar links, etc
Check my built thread for details.
Couldnt live without it. Lightweight, easy on/off, expedition looks and functionality. Keep my stuff dry in the rain and snow. I've had it for year and half and I've had zero issues with it.How do you like the soft topper? I'm looking at buying one for my Ram.
