I changed my sparkplugs out (that is a story in of itself full of cursing, frustration, and death threats to the engineers) and now my engine is throwing these codes. P0013 and U0140.
I have researched these codes and know what they are, but how could I have caused this just be changing the spark plugs?
I have the HP MPVi2 which allowed me to read the codes. I tried to clear them, but alas to no avail. I read one post about completing a communications diagnostic test to determine where the fault lies to the BCM. Is it possible the two codes are related? That the intake air temp sensor circuit high and the BCM code is the problem?
Guess I am doomed to take it into a diagnostic center. Does anyone have any advice? Truck runs fine with no issues starting, no excessive fuel usage, and acceleration is still good. ECO doesn't come on now though and yes I have MIL.

Solved the problem. In a show of true genius I decided to see if there was a problem at the sensor. The problem was in my own stupidity I forgot to plug it back in. Light is out......pride is suffering.

For U0140, if you are able to use AlfaOBD you'll be able to get a bit more detail on that one. Unfortunately the MPVi2 will work with AlfaOBD. The OBDLink MX+ is recommended, but for reading codes on the BCM and ECM, you should be able to get away with a cheap ELM327 clone.

But it may be as simple as verifying connections on the ECM, battery, and fuses related.
I would also just go and verify all electrical connections you in the path of the plus, it can sometimes to be easy to inadvertently disconnect something unrelated.

I'd recommend the same steps for P0013. I don't find it very likely that the sensor would fail. So I'd say your best bet overall is to double check the two connectors on the ECM. And verify that the bank 1 camshaft 2 sensor is connected properly.

Don't worry your not the only one who's done something like that. My buddy once took his distributor cap off when we were camping out in the desert to check something else... long story short it won't start, so he had to pay a mobile mechanic to come out only to realize he didn't plug it back in.
