Has anyone here seen a tonneau that has longitudinal sections so it opens sideways across the bed?

I've had a Retrax Pro on mine since 2013. It's done a great job. A little bit of water leaks into the bed, but not much. The biggest con is that the box that holds the rolled up cover takes up a good bit of the bed space. I can only stack stack about 6 or 7 sheets of 5/8" drywall in there if memory serves.
I had an Undercover Classic on an F150 6.5' bed previously. At the time, I weighed 285 lbs, and walked all over it more than once. At 240 now, I wouldn't even consider standing on top of my Extang Solid Fold.Unless it was one of those aluminum-paneled Diamondback covers like this dude has, I don’t think I’d wanna trust any other tonneau cover manufacturers word on how much weight they claim it’ll support on top of it but that’s just me.

I admit I was hesitant the first time, but after that, no concerns. It is molded ABS (I believe) with gussets/beams molded into it. It is stronger than people think it is.Hmm. Well, if my Undercover Elite was painted to match, it might be strong enough to walk on but I dunno, I just wouldn’t feel comfortable walking on it or stackin’ **** on it unless it was that aluminum one I was talking about.

I have the Gator EFX Hard Tri-Fold. I also installed the retractable tie-downs because supposedly you can put up to 300lbs on top of the cover.

Had a access tonneau for 6 years. Was still a great cover. Decided I needed a hard cover got a deal on a bakflip mx4 great cover would highly recommend. Also allows the full use of bull rings on top. Even with cover closed.
