LED's & Rain

Anyone have good recommendations for LED bulbs that perform decent in rain? I've gone through a couple sets now. First set was Cougars and they were good until it rained. Replaced them with S&D and they project twice as far but not a huge improvement in rain. Half tempted to go back to Halogen.

How about switchback LEDs that change from white to yellow?
I have them in my fogs, nice to have the option.

Seems like half the threads about LEDs are about problems with LEDs... doesn't seem worth the bother to me.

I've got Wagner H11ND in the low beams and Philips Nightguide in the high beams, still zero problems in any weather.

Try @Underground Lighting. There a bit pricey but well worth it imo.

The problem is the color. The bluish/white light projects and reflects better, which helps to illuminate. However, when it rains, this means the light reflects off the wet ground instead of illuminating it. Yellow or yellowish lights by nature don't reflect off water near as much as the white lights.

Thanks for the idea about switchbacks. You learn something new every day. Had no idea this was an option. Any recommendations on good brands? Seems like plenty of choices when you search for em. Gonna have to do it with the main H7 as my aftermarket fogs don't have a pull out bulb.

Finally changed to switchbacks and I'm happy with the result. Went with these. The lights shoot out almost as far as my brights. If longevity holds up I'll be happy. Another plus is finally finding a cheap bulb made in Merica! That switch to yellow makes such a big difference through fog. Hopefully will be the same in rain. Thanks again NJMopar.
