Sometimes you need to fully tighten the lug nuts, then back them off a little. Drive around the block. Wiggle the steering wheel to loosen the front. Slam on the brakes to help w/ the back ones. I've also had to back the tires on my Dually into a curb to break them free.
Good Luck. Let us know what works.

my brakes are out of service. the lines are cut open. No way I will drive it, i had to crash into a big pile of wood to stop rolling.

Have someone hold a 2x4 across outside edge of rim and hit with heavy hammer
Clean corrosion and anti seize before reinstalling
a good kick works sometime

put two lug nuts back on almost all the way and set the truck back down on the wheels and shake the truck, the wheels will loosen up and pop off. That's how the car thieves do it, only they don't leave lugs on. The studs will be fine and you'll jack the truck up before pulling the last two lugs.

got one wheel off today. the other is still stuck on. What i did was start up the truck and let it roll in neutral about ten feet. heard a crunch sound, that was it.
used a sledgehammer to bang the tire, no luck.

I have somebody spin the wheel while I hit the tire with my 12lb sledge. Just 1 spot doesn't always pop it off.

um, you don't need to take a full swing at them.... hope you resolve it but be a little more kind to the wheels.

Hit the tire. Not the wheel.

Lube the hubs every time you pull the wheels and you'll never have this issue. When beating on the tire it works better to hit it top or bottom as opposed to front nab back.Too much bounce that way.

seems all four wheels are stuck on, but for the one that broke off.

tried lifting up the vehicle, then letting it bounce down, with all lug nuts loosened.
tried rolling the vehicle bavk & forth a few feet, with all lug nuts loosened.

can i take a hammer & chisel, and tap on the inside of the rim near the hub?

I wouldn't do the chisel part, but you can hit the rim while spinning it on the inside and get it to come usually - just don't hit it hard enough to hurt the wheel. If you want to hit it hard, hit it near the outside edge of the tire and do it, then spin a few inches - rinse and repeat.

Oh and you might want to go ahead and change your front wheel bearings after all of this, since it will be mostly apart and they don't care to be hammered on.

maybe spray some pb blaster or some other rust breaker kind of spray on the lugs or from the back side down the wheel hubs.

today i got the other front wheel off, in one piece. did it by rolling the vehicle back & forth a few feet, with all lug nuts removed.
lucky i heard a sound and looked when i did, else that wheel would have died too.

still got the back wheels to do.

the back wheels have a smaller size tire than the front. What if I drove the vehicle?

today i got the last wheel off. had to use a sledgehammer & a pickle fork wedged between the drum & rim. Beat the hell out of it until wheel got loose.
