Can confirm. I had mine replaced today while the truck was in for a warranty fix on another problem.

Called the dealership to schedule a routine oil change and service. Told the service writer I had the letter about the floor mat recall. He said they would have to order the new mat, they didn’t stock them but could get them. I had seen someone else post a pic of their butchered floor mat. I was going to pull mine out before taking it in to keep them from butchering it but the dealership received the replacement before I took my truck in. Call first to make sure they have the replacement.

I have now had mine replaced as well. My dealer also said that he needed to order the mat to ensure he had it in when I brought the truck in - however, he also advised that turnaround on their orders was averaging one day. I called on a Wednesday and was bringing my truck in for an oil change on Saturday. They had my mat ready.
One note I would add though: For those of us Rebel owners, our mats have a RED raised Ram head on them. I double-checked with the parts guy to make sure he ordered the correct mat. He told me it was a good thing I did that, otherwise I probably would have received a mat with a regular black or grey Ram head.
Rebel Owners: Do not presume that your dealer will remember that your truck is a Rebel - make sure they specifically order you the mat for the Rebel (with the red Ram head).

I went in for oil change and some other service and floor mat was replaced with new with no ridges under the gas pedal. I have the Laramie so the ram head is black cant attest to availability of the Rebel mats

I just got my rebel mat done. everything matches the other mats. I did get one with a RED raised Ram head on it. I asked the dealer to order the mat, then when it came in they called and installed it. (I did have to go in to "have it installed")

Does the replacement have cutouts, or just a flattened section? Are there any pics of the replacement mat?
