This code U0100 popped up last week when I started the truck, but it drove fine. I do have an unlocked pcm with a Hemifever tune. Couple weeks ago i installed a new tune for my long tube headers. Truck ran great with no codes until now. Anything to worry about or should I just clear the code and see what happens?

Recheck your connections at the PCM. Unclip and reseat the connections. Make sure the PCM pins are straight and no debri in your harness.

Disconnect your battery while doing this to be safe.

PCM has been installed for over year with no problems, but I will try that the next time I drive it. Thanks

My fault. I read it again. Check for updates on your device assuming Diablo or HP. Then flash the truck again with the same tune.

Assuming the device is behind on its firmware

I have the Diablo i3 tuner and I actually updated it before I uploaded the new tune. I have not drove the truck since last Sunday when the code first appeared.
