And my truck is at the body shop. Great planning or lack there of...lol.

I’m not wild about it sitting outside all weekend long when I could be using it.

At least I’ve got two other AWD vehicles should we need something.

I had to take mine out today in it. Roads weren't bad this morning. Mine unfortunately has to sit outside as it was either it or the Charger.

6 inches is a lot for Texas. Its not northern snow but any means, but if you saw how people drive here.

So far only an inch or so here in Denison (on the Red River) I live about 6 miles from the Denison Dam. Really good fishing on lake Texoma.
My 2020 lives outside. Thank goodness it's ceramic coated.

It is really coming down now. We have a good 2 inches so far. I think we will end up seeing 3-4 inches here. N.FTW.

Whatever you guys end up with down in Texas, BE CAREFUL! Even in seasoned snow areas, the first real storm brings out the idiots that think 4 wheel drive also means you have 4 wheel STOP. There is NO 4 WHEEL STOP. Stay indoors, stay off the road, leave the clean up to the professionals.

Worse part is the unseasonable cold. Wind chill isn't something to tangle with when out and about.

Man, you all had a nasty parking lot the other day. Looked like the Daytona crash that just happened.

It was awful. That was only 10 minutes from me. I stayed home that day. I am glad I did.

While agree the accumulation isn’t on par with our northern friends we make up for it with over zealous and confident drivers.

Not to mention, we don't have snow plows or salt trucks. So when we get this snow, and packing any kind of wind, it ain't good. seasoned driver or not.

um.. last time I checked there is brakes on all four wheels and they're used year round. Problem is people forget real fast there's a lack of traction when they step on the gas and go because of 4WD.
Here in Michigan we have same idiots every snow storm, it's like the first time driving in snow.

Living in Minnesota we get lots of fun snow for our 4WD trucks up here. 4 WD is great for plowing through the snow and starting from the stop position to go at intersection. Cars with no 4 WD have a hard time getting the car/truck to move. For the rest of us it’s easy. Maintauyout space and lower your speeds. Ice is Ice...I don’t care if you drive a million dollar car, ice will ruin you if you don’t follow those simple rules. 4WD gives you no help once you hit ice moving!!!

Minus 50 in areas in Minnesota last few days. Tough. But we deal with it well. 30’s next week. People will be out jogging and walkout here dogs in shorts and hoodies or t-shirts!!! ....I **** you not!

10th consecutive day of below zero + wind is tough for anybody - there is really no "getting used to" dangerous cold.

2/3 of the nation has been suffering under this massive Putin vortex attack. Hang in there peeps.
