Ha... Well not exactly "tacky", but personally not my flavor. They are all awesome vehicles and color is really just cosmetic. It's what's inside that counts!
I really wanted my PW in the OD Green, but my "better half" said that only the black color worked for her... Ha

I personally don’t get it. I find it ugly to add a loud colour on rims that do not match anything else on the vehicle.

I’d never do that to that raptor.

Matching to the same paint and making a truck truly 2 tone makes all the sense in the world to me, regardless of what colour it is.

I think if you selected orange as the primary color of the truck you probably could deal with orange beadlocks at least temporarily. I posted the Raptor photo with orange beadlocks from a photo online, it wasn't my truck and I didn't see the color scheme of the truck. I stepped out of my comfort zone by buying a non-75th flame red truck after owning white, black, gray, green and silver trucks forever and I'm happy with my choice. Unlike the main orange truck color, the beadlock color is easily changed.

Regardless if the orange is a bit regretful for the beadlock color, it is indeed the color of the entire truck..how fawking bad could it be? Its certainly better than the silver color it comes with in my opinion.

But again, opinions are like a$$holes...


We are talking a few hundred bucks on a $65k+ truck...if you have to change it another time it certainly cant be the end if the world.

You guys are funny! In 2006 I drove to Texas, traded in my orange)black harley davidson edition super duty...bought a new megacab... drove home and went straight to the body shop..painted it plum crazy! Done alot of complete color changes (not fun! About two weeks work!) Painted my 05 power wagon header orange...this is another one we did..I also had the seats redone in orange and black. All this took place at anderson custom...I usually did most of the grunt work...and drank alot of beer..Screenshot_20210215-190617.png

Did a internet search and presto found my old truck..lmao..05 power wagon I put and 06 front clip on it..ALL of my trucks have brought top $$$ and I've had dealers write me checks to purchase...or sold on eBay..sent a charger to Russia and a jeep cherokee widetrack to France...I don't want to paint headlocks orange and regret..I'm broke so whatever decision I make I'm living with! They look great black for sure! Orange, I don't wanna look like a punk, but I'm far from a normal 55 year old...part of me says the orange is just in your face so let it buck on the wheels as well..lol..
