Going to need to switch your front diff for a 2011. Then you’ll need front and rear gears. I grabbed sets with master install
Kits from Moe’s on the forum. I run 35/37s intermittently and just had my gears done. Whole new truck now. I also run a pedal commander and this 5 speed moves pretty good with the bigger tires and 456 gears.

For the front you need an 09-11 front assembly then you can change the front gears. The 13+ 3.92 idea is pretty good! If you need gears let me know we offer Yukon!

Using this formula it will tell you the mathematical equivalent what ratio you need to get back to the original setup. I used it on my Jeep when I went to 35s. It put me in the middle of 2 avail ratios and I went lower (higher number) to give it a lil umph.

(new tire dia./old tire dia.)x old ratio = new ration

for instance (guessing you had 275/60/20 to get 33)
(38/33)x3.73=4.30

I don't know the standard ratios for the rams but in the Jeep world it would be between 4.10 & 4.56

And at https://www.crawlpedia.com/rpm_gear_calculator.htm you can get the rpms of each for a given mph
@65 mph 28" 6th (0.63)
3.73 1351
3.92 1419
4.10 1485
4.56 1651

CHRYSLER 68RFE RATIOS
1st 3.23
2nd 1.84
3rd 1.41
4th 1.0
5th 0.82
6th 0.63

There is another recent post asking something similar. I believe 4.56 is the lowest you can go the 1500 diffs so that is what I would recommend....I would suggest lower if they offered but they don't. While doing the lower gears would be noticeable and make the truck feel better, don't expect to fully regain the power and fuel economy you had stock. While the gears can bring the RPM range back to close to stock it doesn't compensate for the big increase in weight and rolling resistance of the tires, or the increased aerodynamic drag of the lifted truck.

4.56 is the shortest ratio achievable in the front diff for the 1500 4x4 guys. Rwd guys can do 4.88's since they never have that front diff to worry about.
