I've had my 2020 ram 2500 for just over a month now, park the truck Thursday evening and everything was fine. Got into the truck Friday morning and I have about an 18" inch crack running from the upper center of the windshield outward.
I'm not exactly sure what you call it but that big box behind the rear view mirror is where the crack is and running out both side.
There is no chips anywhere and no rocks have hit it.
I took it straight to the dealer and the service guy took pictures of it and said he would contact Chrysler and see what they say, and get back to me.
I have no clue, like i said there is no chips anywhere, if there was I would have just called the insurance company, can't help but wonder if that box behind the rear view mirror might have caused the crack. And I'm just wondering has anyone else had this happen?.
