What years, if any are compatible with this model?

You'd probably get more answers if you posted this in the 09 to 21 4th Gen section, but anything from 2012 to 2021 should bolt in,if it's from the 4th Gen body style. The earlier 09 to 11 diff will fit,but the ABS sensors are located on the front of the axle tubes instead of on the back,so you might have to jury rig them a bit.I'm running a 2011 diff in my 2014 and i notched the rear side of the axle flanges so i could bolt the ABS sensors into the factory rear location.

2009 - 2012 Dodge Ram 1500s may look the same as the 2013 & newer Rams body sheet metal wise

In 2011, they changed the rear differentials from being made by AMERICAN AXLE & MANUFACTURING to the 2011 1500 models being made by ZF, a German company

Things changed for the 2013 Rams, that was when changed almost everything to do with Electronics.
Instrument Panel, Radio, Transmissions, shape of the Grille, placement of the Ambient Temperature Sensor, etc.
