That version is not winch capable. They have another version that is. Or if you’re handy you can do what I’m planning on doing and weld in supports to mount a winch

Mine was a custom aluminum one that is a cross between the 1500 and 3500 bumpers because I was running the 3500 flares. Here is the PW one https://www.vicedesign.ca/collections/bumpers/products/ram-2500-power-wagon-2010-2018-front-bumper
My tow hooks were also custom and still need to be bent up 30 degrees and painted.
