Finished up and installed the new radio today

I’ll have to get some better pictures tonight, but it turned out great. I should be getting aux adapter here in a few days to install in the back of the radio

Only problem is the new screen i installed is very reflective. I might try to tint it a tad darker to make the numbers easier to see and hide the imperfections a bit better

so i like my lil truck, but i bought it with a dented tailgate and rear bumper. Drove me nuts looking at it. Trust me it looks alot worse in person. Previous owner broke a chain and it wipped the tailgate and im guessing backed into something.
$160 later and i found a matching white tailgate and rear bumper. They are almost perfect but you have to actually look hard for issues, unlike my busted up part.
Cheapest body damage repair ive ever done lol

edit, here is a better photo of the nasty tailgate

Here’s that nighttime pic I’ve been wanting to get. Could definitely use some tint to make the screen lines a little less visible

Now that I’m done with the radio, I hate the green HVAC switches lol

Installed a DeeZee, something I've been meaning to do for quite some time just hadn't gotten around to it.

I've been wanting to put one of these on but I read a couple reviews where people were warning others of this causing your taillight to crack. I guess it can get caught up on the tailgate cable and put pressure on the taillight? Keep us updated. If you don't have any issues I'll probably jump on it.

So far it seems to clear the taillight just fine. There's a plastic block that goes on the cable to keep it off the piston. ee00a9dfa6b2b635035cbcdecd5209f4.jpg

I put in a torsion bar to help lift and lower the tailgate. Pain to install, but tailgate is almost theft proof.

Installed Synergy HD steering kit. New tie rod, drag link, pitman arm, and steering stabilizer. I rate removing a 15 year old pitman arm 0/10. She would NOT budge. Need an alignment but wow what a difference already. Pictures later, I'm beat.

Had this installed last week. 2 10" kickers. They sound great! I replaced the stock door speakers when I originally bought the truck but it's always been missing any noticeable bass. d79466a98674fc7e3f4ca8eaae83495b.jpg
