Has anyone ever seen something like this available here in the USA? Needs to have twin posts.

With bolts yes, but not top mount posts. Curious as to why you want one?

I'm running two amps. I have the cables from the amps running to their fuses. Instead of running cables from the fuses to the existing clamp and using terminals that bolt to the clamp, I was thinking that getting a battery cable with an accessory lead would be the perfect option to connect to the fuses, if I only had an extra positive terminal. That way I could disconnect the amps without disturbing the main battery cable.

It was just an idea, I'm kind of surprised nobody makes them. Closest thing I could find was in Oz. but that was a post and a bolt.

I like that, and the cable blocks I've seen, but I don't want to cut my factory battery cable. I made do with the old fashioned cable eye under the clamp nut method.
