I'm doing an install on my buddies 2019 classic warlock now. He got the pin number printout from a dealer but alfa is telling me the pin is incorrect.

Has anyone experienced this?

Ok thanks. Figured it out. It says unavailable when shipping to my Canada address, but if I changed it to my mother-in-law’s in the US, it’s $10. Of course not available on Amazon Canada

I'm new to the forum, and I have to say it's been fascinating reading the incredible information people post here. It's definitely addictive!

I do have what I'm sure is a dumb question, but what the heck. I saw on some earlier messages in this thread a method that involved ground pin 11 on the BCM C1/A connector. For the heck of it, I thought I'd just see how accessible that is. I have a 2016 1500 Bighorn (but I doubt that makes a difference for this question). Is the BCM, and especially that connector, really hard to get to? First, I can barely reach up there and grasp it. And if I disconnected it, all those bundles of wires for the BCM connectors are heavily taped together, so it appears there'd be no slack to access it even after disconnecting. Am I missing something about how to access it? Or (and this is my guess), is my old body getting so stiff that I just can't contort myself the right way.

Once again, thanks to everyone that posts here. Great reading!

Your observations are basically correct. It is a little easier if you remove the panel below the steering wheel (not sure what that's called), but as you have observed, the wires are bundled together, and don't offer much slack. I fought my way through it, and after figuring out how the connectors and housings are released, think it would be much easier the second time around.

Thanks. So did you disconnect all the connectors on the BCM? If so, does that allow you to pull the whole bundle to where you can work with it better?

By the way, a bit of claustrophobia doesn't help!

I think I only disconnected one right beside it, which gave me a little more slack. Was able to lie on my back with feet on the ground and do it. Not much room, and somewhat uncomfortable but doesn’t take too long

Great! Thanks. Sounds like a job for my 27 year old son!

The p/n for my 2015 rf hub is 68234884AE. Anyone know if that will work or do I not even need to worry about that?

I still can't reset the RFH on my buddies 20109 warlock. This is the second time now we have gotten the pin number from a parts department. Anyone have any ideas?

Are you certain that the pin code the dealer is giving you is for the RF HUB? It is different than the key code one. Another option is to try the Chrysler Pin Puller app from the Google play store (if you have an android phone/tablet). I used this app, got the code, and it worked great with AlfaObd

Yeah they are giving us the print out that has both codes on it.

Also tried chrysler pin puller but I couldn't get it to work on his truck. Might have to have the dealer add the sales code at this point

I’m not sure if it was mentioned already, but I figured I’d comment in case someone finds this in the future. Even though the 13 models use an external antenna and the Mopar kit comes with a new RF hub, the factory hub is capable of remote start and you can enable it the same way as on the newer models.

Like the original rf hub in the truck that came from the factory without remote start enabled ,no hood latch etc ?
Thanks and I’m curious on this now

This is the first I've heard of this. Just the 13s or the 14-16s as well? (I think the newer internal antenna hubs started with the 17s). Where did you come across this info?
