I bought my 2015 Ram 2500 used and it was louder than stock. It had a little rumble to it, the previous owner had removed the resonator. Can't remember if there was any drone.
I'm well aware of how annoying it is to have a vehicle with a drone since I had a truck before with an aftermarket exhaust system that had a terrible drone at cruising speeds and had it changed right away!
Just my personal taste is that I would go for FlowMaster before any Magnaflow muffler. I had a Magnaflow after cat system on one of my Corvettes and it had a drone, just my personal experience.
Some muffler shops sell FlowMaster knock offs at a fraction of the cost.
Nothing like hearing the rumble of the Hemi!
I kept my current truck stock since I do lots of city driving and if I get on it some it doesn't attract too much attention.
