A few months ago I leveled my truck. After about a month I decided to to add 1.5” spacers on the rear. Now when the truck sits overnight and I get in ago on the morning the ride feels bouncy for a couple of miles the goes away. Also when I I have load in the bed or hauling my small trailer and stop it almost feels as if the rear bounce up and down then stops. I’m thinking my shocks are either worn out or to short now. Truck only has 38k on it.

When you added the 1.5 spacer, you inadvertently and effectively changed the shocks dampening and rebound rates.
You should or need to replace them with 1.5 inch longer shock or one designed for a lifted application.
