About the time we got to St. Louis, I thought I should have PM'ed you. But I didn't bring my computer with me & I didn't have my password to get on here with my phone.

Well let's see, last weekend hit a minor milestone, Bullwinkle turned just over 21000 miles on the long block and 50000 on everything else.
Tomorrow (Friday) I am picking up some new (used) 4500, 5500 tow hooks for $80 & a spare set of power tow mirrors for $100.
Still looking for a 1500 stock single in dual out muffler and pipes for Bullwinkle, he needs the look and sound of dual pipes.

Not stock but a member has a couple mufflers posted for sale.

Mine finally got a quick wash and I found a company that had a good wheel I was able to order so I've got a 5th limited wheel for my full size spare. Should be here in a couple days. Then I've got to see if I'm stuffing a 35 in the stock location. I've heard people do it with success but I don't want to melt a new tire on the exhaust.

Hey there Bandit, thanks for the info on the mufflers. I'm one of those with a oem wheel with a 35 in the spare location.

What's your clearance like for the exhaust? I've got a 1500 with dual exhaust so I'm not sure what my tolerances are yet. I'll find out once it gets mounted and balanced.

Practically up against the heat shield that separates the tire from the tail pipe. I do a 5 tire rotation every 3000 miles and haven't seen any issues..

Some follow-up night pics of the Smoked clearance lights. Initially wasn't sure how well they would light up compared to the clear lens I had, but in reality there isn't that much of a difference.

I do like the fact that they stand out less in the day time and flow with the metallic black pearl paint. Might do the tow mirrors' turn lens smoked as well :waytogo:

I have a 1500 stock dual muffler that I'm looking to get rid of. My fiancee is sick of seeing it in the garage.

Getting started late for accessory additions. Was gonna mount a CB in this console bin. But there is a serious lack of constant airflow in that area of the console. So that got nixed. Instead, gonna recess this Switchtec gang box in that bin and start with the accessory additions (recess cause I have this thing about smashing my fingers every time I wanna put the truck in park lol). First one going in is a Vixen dual trumpet train horn (first switch swapped out for a laser etched rocker already). Ok so its not a true train horn at 139 DB. But it's still ignorant loud... :) Then follow it up with the interior/exterior RGBic LED lighting... Should take several years to complete cause I'm old... lol

Hope ya'll had a great weekend...

Gave her a much needed wash. Put in my new Mopar black housing head lights, just to find out they now have moisture in them. So much for going with a genuine part…..highly disappointed. Also conditioned the leather.

Oh yeah, almost forgot. Added a little color to the Laramie too. Compliments of DIY custom rides on Etsy. The guy has a ton of Mopar/RAM inlays. And (like in my case) can track down needed stuff too. I'm awaiting my HEMI inlays to complete the side colors...
