So Friday I just put a set of 295/65-20 Toyo open country at3’s on my 2020 ram 2500 bighorn blacked out edition. I mounted them on the stock wheels and now the front tires rub. On the drivers side it rubs the lower control arm just a little and on the passenger side it rubs the sway bar pretty good at full lock. So what are my options for this, never had to deal with this situation before. Any help would be appreciated.

As much as I dis-like wheel spacers, you could use a thin one on the front wheels to help until you decide about wheels or another approach. I am sure i have seen them, .25 of an inch and up in thickness. Hubcentric if you do decide and torque accordingly. it is unfortunate you bought such a tall tire...285x60x20 or 295x60x20 would of been a better choice...but that is just my opinion.

You talking about just a leveling kit or a full front to back lift? It’s still under warranty right now and don’t want to void that.

The best & cheapest fix is to sneak the hair dryer out of the house
Or if you have a Heat Gun, it will cause less stress in the house hold.

Heat up your inner fender & use a mallet, wood, plastic or rubber to shape the inner fender, so that the tire does not rub any more

Does anyone happen to know what the offset is on the blackout edition bighorn wheels that are 20x8?

Heating the plastic on the fender liners is not going to prevent him from rubbing on the control arm and sway bar..
