Hey how is your new radio working out? I’ve been debating doing it to my 2500. Works well with the factory back up cam and AC?

Zero issues with the radio as far as backup cam and a/c go. The temp is displayed as 100 degrees + but thats not a big deal. So for example 168 instead of 68. FM radio is pretty bad honestly, not sure what's causing it but I never use it anyway so it doesn't bother me.

No big changes but thought I'd share some new pictures. I took advantage of Amazon's black Friday deals and picked up another Amazon Echo Dot and threw it in the truck, been nice being able to control all music through voice. Just need to finally get around to wiring in some WIFI relays and i'll be able to control the rear pods and front LED bar via voice as well as through my radio unit. Most likely going to be planning a color change after the winter as well, took advantage of dipyoucar.com's black friday deals and picked up SOME but not all the paint needed, not sure yet on a color.

IMG_20181001_185801.jpg IMG_20180904_185533.jpg the LED bar is fine, the blank areas are just because of the tailgate harness hanging out, need to get in there and reattach it so it's flush against the bottom of the tailgate.

I just took a look and I can't clearly see much. I think I'd have to pull down the front valance to see how the fogs are mounted. If you are going to be cutting up your bumper chances are you'll also have the skill to fab up some brackets to mount to SOMETHING back there.

Wanted to just post a quick update, I wanted to control my lightbar via one of the Homelink buttons in the cab, keeps everything looking really clean with no out of place switches. The first reciever I bought seemed great, until I tried to link it to the homelink, no luck.

Found this 4 pack though which I just wired up and works perfectly!
Now I can turn them on using the remote OR using one homelink button. One press turns on, second press turns off. I now also have 3 more of these to use down the road, may wire up two spots thats came with the LED bar as reverse floods. If I do I'll throw one of these receivers on to trigger them with another button.

Just wanted to document that clearly for anyone looking to use the homelink buttons to trigger any of their lights.

Can you send me a PM with instructions on wiring and linking to home link?
