Hey guys. New here. I was wondering if anyone has tried to install these auxiliary switches that come on the heavy duty line, on a 1500. Is it possible? Or is there computer and fuse panel stuff that gets in the way?e1c129fc9cfa0bdb452ab0f1a0c8786e.jpg

If you are considering buying their kit, which is a good thing

One guy that acts a bit crazy, but really knows about Rams, has made a few videos about the kit, as he installed it on his Ram
he goes by CustomBlack Motorsports

i got the one that 4th gen electronics sold, works great. still havent been able to get the commercial settings in the cluster to show up yet (been over a year). but i was able to set the buttons to momentary, on/off via the alpha app, so at least i've got that. really would like to get the commercial settings to show up in the cluster though

So if you install all of this do you still have to program the switches in order to get them to work? I have a 19 RAM 1500 Classic that has only 3 wires going into the panel. I realize this system has a pigtail and will provide the other wires, but as of this moment I have the switches mounted but I am getting no lights. They appear to be inactive. Do I have to flash the truck to get them operational?
