Good Day all. I recently had my head unit replaced on my 2018 RAM 3500 due to delamination. The problem is now, UConnect no longer works. The dealer says it is a UConnect issue, and Sirius/Guardian says that it is a dealer issue. I really don't care whose issue it is, I just want it fixed.
Does anyone have any tips, or tricks that I might try before I take it back to the dealer?

Thanks in advance,

Could be that the UConnect account was registered to the serial number of the first head unit. If they can't update to the new unit, you may have to cancel the subscription and start over with the new head unit.

Had a new Head unit put in the Jeep a couple of months ago under warranty because the GPS went out. The dealer swapped the registration so Uconnect worked but they didn't do the Sirius. Had to phone Sirius to get that fixed, was not what I call real easy, Sirius was a pain in the ass to deal with. I think RAZ is correct, you need to swap the registration but I would take it back to the dealer and make thenm do it as it should have been working fine BEFORE they delivered it to you.
