Doing my First oil change at 6-7months with 2300kms on the new truck. Before the oil change I emptied the can and found this. There was a heavy fuel smell and it was super milky looking compared to my first check which I posted here. In the first check was clear clean oil compared for sure...

That looks like coolant in the oil.

I would be checking the Oil Dipstick ASAP

( There is a chance that you have a blown head gasket )

I did not realize that in colder climates than my own, there could be a temporary change in the appearance of the surface of the oil

Mine looked exactly like that on my first opening the other day. And holy Jesus did it ever stink. It was the smell of used oil / fuel smell. The stink that is the only thing I don't like about changing my oil, only my catch can was super concentrated smelling.
I walked over and pulled my dip stick, gave it a good ol whiff and it smelled like oil, first time ever I think. Only oil, clean oil. My 6.4 kinda gets it smelling that way fairly soon I always thought. The HD truck with my HD foot. Lol
But the crap that was removed, omg, it a thing of beauty, getting those nastys out of there.
Definitely worth the effort to install on the engine, 2500 especially I think, but an outstanding addition for all engines. My wife's '21 5.7l trIl hawk is next.

How many miles / kms is that catch from?

Looks normal. Do a search in the oil thread. Plenty of photos just like yours after emptying the cc.

I thought I read somewhere that the 6.4 didn’t need a catch can or wasn’t able to install one because of the way our pvc is ram? Could be wrong

That’s awesome! So maybe something can be made but it’s not produced for retail sale. Yet anyway

i'm ocd and dump mine after every long trip... haven't seen the milky look yet, but this will be my first winter (and it takes awhile to cool down here). strong fuel smell every time. i'm an oddball i guess, i don't mind the smell of fuel/oil lol. i do love knowing all that junk was filtered out though. one of my favorite mods for sure.

Pretty normal for this time of year. Do you do any long drives or they mostly short trips? If the oil doesn't get up to temp, it doesn't get a chance to burn off the moisture. Even if the engine temp gauge shows in the normal range, the oil may not be getting warm enough to cool off the water vapor.
Also the purpose, of the PCV is to reintroduce unburnt fuel back into the system. That is why you are smelling fuel. The engine runs rich due to the colder temperatures and excess fuel is being circulated back to be used again.
