Monitoring tire pressures.. all wheels set 40 psi. Driving after a bit left side front and rear runs higher then right.

Is this due to fuel tank and me being 200 lbs?

Higher meaning 4 lbs or more then right side counterpart

Just make sure you have all tires the same when cold, meaning when the truck has been sitting for a day or so, then check the pressure on all the tires .... I have a digital tire pressure gauge that I check my tires at least once a month to make sure that my tires will be wearing evenly and just for peace of mind ....

But don't freak out, heat and driving will always increase the pressure of some if not all the tires at some point

Yes mine does that and the left rear tire has the most wear

Well if the sunshine doesn't shine on someones rear end....

Why don't you go roll a Dakota. ;)
Roll a truck one time and that's all you'll ever hear.

I usually check tire pressures after washing the vehicle in a carwash.Old trick i learned along time ago, that helps stabilize the tire temps, before checking them.

During this winter cold my front tires are one less PSI that the back tires closer to the cold door. After running a few miles they all come back to even.

OP has stated that cold they are the same..I had this issue on a jeep that had the Camber on one front wheel that was too high and also the ****** angle just slightly out of spec. all 4 tires would start out the same psi and after being fully warmed up from driving at highway speeds the psi would change. Never had any odd wear but I rotate every 3000 miles. I figured there was just enough difference to create a little more heat. OP could also take a IR heat gun and check the tire temps and see how much difference there is.

Most roads have moderate crown so water drains away from the center, depending which side of the road you drive on suspension alignment is figured to make a modest adjustment,
for example coil springs are slightly taller on the right side of left hand drive vehicles
Some steeper than average grade roads have a more severe crown and can cause noticeable uneven tread wear and brake component wear
Calculations in wheel sensor speed and yawl sensor adjustments for stability control can adjust for this without you being aware of the difference in dissimilar braking adjustments for each wheel.

In a vehicle that is out of alignment these adjustments can still occur but not as accurately and can over tax the suspension and braking components causing abnormal wear.

I take my truck to have the wheels dynamically balanced every 8000 to 10,000 miles and this assures that any lost wheel weights are recompensated

I also drive on every kind of road, some times it is hardly more than a trail

I have my tires rotated by Discount Tire every 5 or 6,000 miles & they Road Balance them every time

Best time to check and adjust tire pressure is first thing in the morning before driving the vehicle for the day.
If you get really fancy about checking tire pressure, you'll have a inflater set up that does two tires (L/R) at the same time.
