Is anybody else having issues reaching Moes performance?

I ordered parts from them about a week ago for shocks and hawk brake pads all around. When you called her number you got a recording this is the day I’ve been very busy with phone calls and the easiest way to reach them would be via email. I’m trying to do something very simple and just get my tracking information for my order, but trying to do this via email, Facebook or a phone call has not healed any tracking number yet. I am not able to get any response out of them whatsoever on all three attempts. Yes I know this time year is busy but it takes five seconds to send an email or a text that says this is your tracking number.

update info: NEVER received any responses to my requests for tracking info via email, and never got any responses to calls either. I had to file a request via paypal to contact Moes, it appears that after 14 days my parts were never even sent out. Paypal refunded me right away. I always try to use our vendors here first, as I have before with Moes but never again with Moes.

Thanks for posting, I was about to place an order with them, (supporting forum vendors), for parts I can get locally in my area but at a slightly higher price. I'd rather pay $30 or $40 dollars more with a brick and mortar I can visit than with an online vendor who doesn't reply to emails or answer phone calls.

It was disheartening to see , I am a small business owner also and no matter what I always respond to emails or phone calls. Once a bad word or two gets out to a lot of people that can cut into a business quickly.

That is what I thought. I really expected to hear from him after they refunded me, but I guess that wasn't a priority! I even posted on their Facebook page, all I found there was crickets.
