Use your VON # ( Vehicle Order Number )
contact Ram Chat & give them your VON
They should be able to look up your VIN & maybe give you some more information about your build

Your dealership is being somewhat unprofessional

Argh!!! I ordered my 2022 RAM and just got my VIN. I went to the FCA RAM site and got "No records found corresponding to the VIN provided"

If you just got the VIN, you’re going to be seeing that message for awhile depending on what you ordered. I’ve been seeing that for over 4 months now

Seems info populates right after the truck is built, mine popped up starting today so now just the wait for shipping. I was amazed how long the list is, it was 10 pages of stuff

So just after 7 week from ordering a fully loaded 2500 Limited Diesel, I went into D1 Status with a projected ship date of 1/12/22. It will need to go in for a bed liner so I imagine I may have a truck in mid February. Just keeping people updated on ordering details for delivery to the mid west of the US.

I ordered a ‘22 2500 mega cab limited ctd on 08 dec 2021. Got the vin on 13 dec 2021. Now i have to sit and wait until late Apr ‘22 at the earliest.

Spray in. I think I saw some place that said it will go to Callie for that. Not sure.

Spray in liners either get sprayed at or near the assembly plant, or they get sprayed at the closest location that your dealer or you decide to have it done at, most times, it would be a Line-X store

I have had 3 trucks Line-X so far
It takes about 4 hours to complete one truck
They remove the tailgate
Drop a tarp between the cab & the bed
Tape everything off
Scuff up all of the surfaces to be sprayed
Then they clean everything off using a type of alcohol
Then they spray it.
After 3 minutes they remove the tape & paper replace the tailgate & clean everything up

They even have an after market parts catalog now

GTyankee, you're a sharp guy. I'm in D1 now and have an estimate ship of 1/12. This is for a 2500 Diesel FULLY loaded. Only option skipped was the moon roof. I have a 1500 limited and I like the roof but the HD's only have that little roof and didn't seem worth the $1200. Is there a way I can track by status without having to call the dealer? I don't want to but the guy but they don't check the status unless I email and ask.

2500 Builder
The issue at dealerships, is that Junior Sales Persons do NOT have access to the Status Reports
They have to go ask the Sales Manager or their Assistant Manager
At some dealerships, they tell the Junior Staff to just work on Sales & quit bothering them for trivial things like Status Reports.
Other dealerships Managers don't mind looking up the VIN # & current Status'
Personally i don't order new vehicles through any of the Showroom Sales Staff
I either use the VIP Sales Team or the Fleet/Internet Sales Staff
Both Sales Teams have direct access to Headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

I didn't bother the salesman that i used to place my order too often.
I stopped in to see him at the end of the first month. Then maybe twice a month, in the next 2 months.
He knew by watching other orders, just how long my 1500 would take

I have a 2022 BigHorn Backcountry sitting at the rail station in Hapeville, Ga since 11/29. I pinged the dealer Monday. They called me back and said it's in a 'hold' status. No idea what that means. It was a order from 10/23 and built 11/19.

are both Railway unloading points for vehicles

Normally the next step is to schedule a semi truck to haul the vehicles to the different dealerships that are serviced around that area

Either they are waiting on the car hauler
or it was damaged in transit
Hopefully it is the former

The dealership has no control over how quickly an order comes in

If your Ram could not be transported, due to lack of semi trucks, then they could make arrangements for a Hot Shot outfit to pick it up

Okay, Build Sheet was received on 12/20. This morning 12/24 I received the Window Sticker. Does this mean that the build is completed and ready for shipment?

I ordered my 2022 PW on 11/6. Got the VIN on the 19th. Got the Window Sticker on 12/12. The Dealer found out on the 14th that it has been sent by rail to the hub which is about 100 miles away from where I live. It got to the hub on the 24th. He now tells me it will be the 1st week of January before it is at the dealership.
