They look factory, FYI if you add 921 LED builds to the tail lights reverse lights you will get even more light :) . I have just the 921 LEDs for the moment but looking at a set up like yours as well . When it gets dark here it gets real dark lol

Brought her home from Carvana today!
2017 1500 sport night edition with leather package and 15k miles- going to the dealer wednesday for a once over

Have 7 days to decide to keep her and if everything checks out I see no reason not to.
I’ll need new tires in a few months so my plans for now are:
- 35x12.5 r17 either Cooper st maxx or Toyo open country at3
- 17x9 wheels with -12mm offset
- leveling kit- either Bilstein 6112/5100 kit, eibach pro kit or icon stage 2 if the others are out of stock… will set the lift to about 1.5” so I don’t need UCAs
- zone 1.5" BL

Im coming in hot off a no mod streak- had a 2017 civic for the last year and a half that I didnt do anything to.. before that I had a lifted ford 6.0 powerstroke and a lifted 4th gen 4 runner. Been itching to get back into a lifted vehicle!

Last time I hunted was in high school/college with my best friend and his Dad (both now deceased). Decided to take it back up with my neighbor who grew up in the area. We've gone several times and seen a few, but neither of us have bagged one yet. I drove out this afternoon to make sure I can find the spot we've been sitting by myself.

Looks great! I think I remember seeing you post a thread about cutting those posts off where the factory two hooks mounted. In your opinion would this skid plat have fit without cutting those off? I am strongly considering this combo, so any feedback would be very much appreciated!
The skid won't fit if you have those tings in there :(

Every July for 10 days we have Cheyenne Frontier Days (CFD). It has rodeo, concerts, carnival etc. It get quite congested with visitors. So I got he $13 HF "ooga" horn and used one of the outfitter switches in momentary mode. Work pretty good until recently. It would make a rattle vs the ooga sound. I also be hearing a new rattle. Living on dirt roads with the majority of it being scrubboards, it's a wonder that the truck is still in one piece. While doing another experiment I had to open the hood. The first thing I saw was that the horn was laying on it's side and not on the bracket that I did for it. Yup my lil cutesy play toy is broke.

Maybe I get a timing circuit and a 12v power supply and rig up an announcer for then the garage door goes up and down haha. I can trigger it off the light on the garage door button.

Yup that is German Shepperd glitter on the seat cover.

Let my 11 year old learn to detail on it. It’s ceramic coated, and gave him a flash light and a brief how to. His attention to detail like I have is crazy good.
