2018 Ram, radio was being replace. Battery was not disconnected. While new radio wires was being plugged in there was soft clicking sounds and truck went in a mode to where it shut down. I replaced battery. Key fob stuck on ACC and will not release. Interior lights work and cluster board shows Key in ignition and mileage. -40 shows for temp and that's all. doors will lock and unlock and everything else is dead. I don't know what else to try? I put original radio back in as well. Any help would be grateful, thank you!
