That would be $155K Canadian which is about $122K in US dollars. Lots of Canucks on the forum.California...'nuff said.
To each their own and it's none of my business but I don't understand it either. There are old muscle cars I would rather have but the prices of them is why I'll never be able to have another one. I'm not paying the price people want for them to sit in a garage and trailer to a car show. I'm going to use them and run them like they were made for. Doesn't make sense to me to pay 100 grand for something you can't drive or destroy if you do. JMHO!Do people think they need this truck that bad that they pay enough over MSRP they could have bought a second car? Those people are idiots because they just lost that money when they drove it off the lot. When the prices come down in a year or so they will have some serious negative equity. Imagine if you bought it for $50K over and totaled it a month later. Your insurance isn't paying you that $50K over.
I guess if you have enough cash to pay for it it isn't as bad. Still dumb though
Some people just appear to have more money than they know what to do with. On a smaller scale, I've certainly made a foolish car purchase or two. Like the time I bought a 2010 Camaro, only to trade it in 6 months later, when it became obvious it wouldn't work well in the snow LOL. Some in this forum might think buying a fully equipped Limited like I did is crazy, when a base model Tradesman would have worked for them. What makes sense for some people seems like insanity to others. It's their money and their financial situation, and is really no one else's business. In the end I really don't care what someone else spends, especially if I don't know them. If someone has enough money to make purchases like this because it makes them happy, more power to them.Do people think they need this truck that bad that they pay enough over MSRP they could have bought a second car? While I would never do it, if the money is meaningless and you want it, why not? It’s really not that expensive for a relatively rare vehicle when you look at other rare vehicles. And if your portfolio is growing by $150k per day, it’s just all in a day’s work.Do people think they need this truck that bad that they pay enough over MSRP they could have bought a second car?
