I have a 2017 2500 Cummins, I have a squeak in the steering wheel when I turn. I can be stopped and turn the wheel back and forth and it does it or making a turn. I’ve done a ton of research and it seems there is no fix. I have read about a bad hydro boost but my brakes work fine. I swear it sounds like it’s the steering wheel but hard to tell. Anyone have this issue or know a fix? Thank you

I have the same symptom. It sounds like rubber squeaking on dry steel. Thought I'd spray some silicone lube down between the wheel and column but did not. I guess I'll have to pull the wheel and see if something is rubbing something.

Yup I did the same thing. Only squeaks from about 12 o’clock position to maybe 4 or 5 o’clock position both ways. I just didn’t want to start replacing hydro boost or random parts yet.
