Awesome for you being willing to jump in and give it a try. I learned a lot over the years from friends and family but nothing's the same as doing it on your own. I learned the rest just getting my hands dirty. Good job and can't wait to see the pics :Big Laugh:
Jumping in head first is my thing... 2 summers ago I rewired a crew cab dump truck (international DT4700) bumper to bumper with a service body on it for my dads company.. prior to that the most I had done was an amp install and switched fuse block in my 4runner. Sink or swim either way theres a good lesson in there

Here's some before and after as promised! I still have to relocate the rear bumper but Im going to be installing some rigid flush mounts in it when I do that so Ill finish that up this evening I think!
My dog for reference is a 60 lb plott hound.. so a good medium size dog.
Truck is 82.5" to the top of the shark fin

After trashing 2 step bits and 3 drill bits trying to get the rear bumper brackets drilled out for the relocation, I decided the bumper is staying where it is..LOL
So everything is retorqued to 65-70ft-lb and headlights are aimed down and I love the look. Im 5'8 ish and my shoulders can pass under the mirrors!

Remember kids: put your tools back where they came from, keep your beer cold and wear square toe boots

Wow can’t believe the difference 1.5” makes. Makes me mad I didn’t get my 3” on before winter…
Good luck in pharm school.

I have a 3" on a 2014 RCSB and a 1.5 on my 2017 and I feel the 3" was easier even with the steering extension

Hello, I received the Zone 1.5" body lift kit from the USA and I would like to have it installed shortly.
I have some doubts about possible vibrations and worsening of driving with these shims under the body of the truck, you who installed it 2 years ago now, have you noticed any changes in driving?
The aesthetic effect is exceptional but I wouldn't want to drive worse :-(
There are many conflicting opinions on the web about body lifts.
I already have 2.1" with bilsteins in front and 1" in back with springs.

thanks for suggest

I have the belstine 5100 set at 2.1 and a 3 body lift. No issues driving, still as smooth as factory, since the geometry is still factory stock. Love it
