Selling my Lockup switch for the BW44-44 (4x4 Auto) transfer case made by member Brandon-w or Black Fox Industries. This switch is used to effectively lock up the transfer case as normally it allows some slip before locking up. It works just fine when I tested it on sand. I just have no use for it as it doesn't snow where I live and I don't off-road my truck besides occasional dirt roads.
Asking $150 OBO shipped anywhere to the lower 48.

I'm just curious but is it true you can drain your battery if you leave that switch on when you turn the ignition off?

Depends on how you receive power for it. Brandons instructions state to connect it to the feed side of the blower resistor. But you can connect it however you choose. Although it's recommended to not leave the switch on for longer than necessary. I've had mine on for almost a year without any problems. But I only flip the switch when needed.

Correct, this switch connects to the blower motor power which only gets power when the ignition is on. This switch is only used for emergency use really. It locks the clutch in the transfercase so leaving it "on" all the time is not recommended. I think I used it once to test it out, then never again.

These switches work great. I have had mine installed for a couple of years now. I use it in the woods when climbing rock ledges and in mud to keep the front end working. Never had a problem with it.

I have one of these for sale as well.
I cannot create a classified ad. I'm not a new member and I am definitely not a spam bot.

Works great in the snow. Only reason for selling is I sold the truck.

In case anyone is looking for control ideas. I made my own lockup switch and wired it so that my factory AUX switches control it.

Sorry to hop on the thread so late, anyone got a lock up switch they'd want to part with and sell?
