Welcome to the forum, you may want to browse over in the 4th gen area of the site, as the classic is a 4th gen as oppose to the 5th gen section that you've posted in. Likewise for ordering parts, it may be easier to just order for a 2018 to be sure you don't get a 5th gen part that may not fit. The 4th/5th gens have been produced concurrently since the 2019 model year and this creates some confusion.
Being that the 4th gen has been in production since the model year 2009, and running boards are brought up all the time, I'm sure you can find hundreds of threads over there regarding running boards and who recommends what.

I put these on my 2018 CTD 2500 and they worked so well I put them on my 2022 2599 Hemi. Got them from Amazon and they were really easy to install. The front passenger side mount has to be notched about an 1/8 of an inch to clear the body mount. Had to do it on both trucks.

I put on OEM, oval tube style ones on my 2013. Very happy with them.
