So after installing the Alpha Rex Luxx series headlights in my 2013 Ram 1500, I quickly noticed and issue with one of the lights "flirting" or "bouncing" in the housing. Nick @GotExhaust has been extremely helpful in getting it taking care of but the issue happened when I sent the headlight back and forgot to take off the turn signal socket. Then we realized I needed to send both headlights back (per Alpha Rex since they're sold on pairs). Nick sent me a new set and that's when I realized I don't have a turn signal socket for the light I need to replace lol. Anyway, the issue is that they do not sell the socket separately, only for ones prior to 2013. I have found sockets that look identical for the Chrysler 300 and Jeeps but I don't know if they will work or not. Does anyway have any idea if they will or where to get one? I've already checked my local pull and pay and they don't have any. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

It should be the same socket, it's just a 3157 bulb. The difference is probably in the fact that the older trucks probably had dual beam lights instead of quads, but its the same 3157 bulb and connector and the alpahrex lights work on 2009+ trucks.

So I finally got around to taking care of the socket. Just in case anyone ever runs into this issue, I've attached a photo of socket for 2012. It will need a slight modification in order for the hardness to plug into the socket. There is an extra tab of plastic that needs to be removed in order for it to plug in. It's simple to do. Score it with a razor knife, a pair of pliers to snap it off and then a small file to smooth it out. The 2013 and up sockets do not have the tab. Part number is 68083021aa should anyone need it.
