Well an update on the warranty hell that I went through with Maxtrac ...
I finally got a hold of Sean Romo the head sales guy at Maxtrac on Monday ... I talked to him for about 10 minutes and explained what was going on ... he right away said "I am going to send you out some new coil springs under warranty buddy, don't worry, I got you" ...
To me a company that stands behind their warranty and doesn't put you through hell has great customer service, yes there are times where you have to investigate a bit more, but with something as small as this price wise, there should be no questions asked especially when my setup was confirmed by Sean Romo to not affect their warranty if something happened ...
Besides the sagging front coil springs this Maxtrac lift kit has lived up to expectations and I have said that time and time again even after I was denied the warranty claim over a year ago .... I still went on Instagram and referred everyone with a 2wd Ram 1500 to Maxtrac ...
So hopefully this fixes the sagging issue I am having with the front coils, if it doesn't I will be the first one to admit that whatever the guy that denied my claim said about why my front coils are sagging is true ....
But I can now again represent Maxtrac in my truck's setup list because they warrantied the front coil springs ...yes I know some will probably say that was pretty petty, but when you pay for something that you were promised to fine with the setup I gave them and something goes wrong, I shouldn't have to figure this out myself.
