yes. starting in 2008 the 4.7's went to 16 plugs

Yep, came with the redesigned cylinder heads which is why you get 310hp instead of 235hp.

I can't speak for any 4.7 besides the one in my 2012. It does have 16 spark plugs

The plugs are different part numbers for the intake and exhaust side too.Has EX in end of the part number,for the exhaust side.

One good thing is, you don't change all the plugs at the same mileage
