Here's an odd ball question.
I installed a mobile fire dept radio in my truck. It has an ignition sense wire that I can tie in to something that is hot when the ignition is in RUN. This allows the radio to turn on/off with the ignition switch. Is there an easy spot within the cab to tie this ignition sense wire to? I'd like to not have to run a wire out to the fuse box under the hood.

Power outlet on dash one hot with key on one is not.
This.
In my truck the one closest to the driver is switched with the ignition, the other one is hot all the time. I have my radar detector plugged into the switched one.

Shouldn't matter, don't all trucks have the cigarette lighter power port which is switched by the ignition?

My 2016 has the full floor console
The cigarette lighters are in the console
1 is under the phone holder, the other is in the upper compartment that some ppl use as an right arm rest

The power source under the phone holder, comes out of the wiring harness right above the Brake Controller & behind the Radio fascia

The blue plastic is the backside of the cigarette lighter
Many people remove the cigarette light & use the hole as a power port
