Hi all

I have a 2014 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi.
Single zone heat
Heat on passenger side is hot
Driver side is warm to cold.
Flushed core multiple times
Is this my core or actuator?
Not sure if actuator is separate from the core?
Anyone have any information that may help?

Given it's the basic single zone heat, I'm not sure if it could be a blend door given the side to side heat situation. Is the driver's side barely warm in all modes?

Could be half of the heater core is plugged.

I've seen some pretty cool DIY heater core flush methods online. Eric O from South Main Auto uses CLR mixed in a buck of water and circulates it through just the heater core, reverse flow, with a cheap 12vdc circulator pump. I've seen a few videos of 2014, 2015 Rams with partially plugged cores.

With the temp turned up all the way and fan on high, open the hood and feel the 2 heater core hoses. If the truck is at operating temp, one should be slightly cooler than the other. If one is way cooler than the other you have a partially plugged heater core...
