I don't usually write reviews but I had an exceptional experience working with Quintin at UConnect Case Management to resolve the issues I was having with the 8.4 UConnect system in my truck. I had the issues with the screen delaminating and sporadic malfunctioning of the unit and reached out to @RamCares on this forum. I had to take the truck to my local dealer service center to have it diagnosed (everything has to be documented after all) but once that was done and I got in touch with Quintin, he swiftly snapped into action. He coordinated with the service center on everything regarding the replacement of the unit all I had to do was make the appointment. He was also very good about keeping in touch with me and making sure everything was satisfactory. I also have to say I'm very satisfied with the results, the new unit works perfectly. Thanks very much Quintin and @RamCares I really appreciate it.

Good to hear. I had a pretty good experience with RamCares through this forum also. It did take some time and I had to stay after it, but it worked out in the end.

Good thing you were helped. I wasn't so lucky. I was told since there isn't an active recall that it would have to be handled at the dealer level under the applicable warranty. Since my B2B is up they wont cover it. I've NEVER had an issue with a radio in a vehicle. This truck is an 18 and the screen looks like crap. Glad you and others were helped. I feel I was told to kick rocks or pay $1200 to replace it.

I’d highly recommend reaching out to @RamCares on here or calling the FCA customer service line and selecting the option for the UConnect support group.
