Pulling my hair out from all the conflicting advice. Stock Ram 1500 4x4 crew cab started swaying recently (80K miles mostly easy). Under acceleration it will pull left from the rear. When I left of the gas it sways right. Does the same if hit with moderate cross wind. It has been getting progressively worse over the past two months. Now it needs to be addressed ASAP. I have been underneath to take a quick look and nothing obvious. I have read scores of posts but most apply to lifted trucks. After having read all the posts, I am left with the advice to replace virtually every suspension component. Any thoughts how to proceed intelligently would be greatly appreciated.

get the front end up off the ground and see if there is any excessive play in anything on the front end

Check the rear links out good to. Had a jeep that did it and one of the track bar bushings allowed the axle to move front to back.

Move the mirrors down and watch the wheels.

This exact thing has been happening to my 2017. I'm guessing ^ "track bar" means sway bar?

The "track bar" is the bar that bolts to the frame on the pass side of the truck and bolts to the diff on the drivers side.It locates the diff side to side, and is ahead of the swaybar. They are 2 differant bars

Rear control arm bushings are shot, either new bushings or complete arms will remedy the situation.
I just replaced the Track Bar and it's still pulling, so Upper and Lower Control Arms are next.

The Track Bar steel sleeves did have a ton of play in them.

For future reference I used Precision rear control arms through O'Reilly's:

Part#'s
Upper - 2CB25313
Lower - 13CB25312

($145.99 x4) Total = $640 after taxes.

They have the tabs to attach the brake lines.
