Dribbling injector.

Not sure how you diagnose which one - except with these new full authority electronic engines I'd wager a scan tool with Cummins diagnostics might show it. The solenoid is likely working ok, but the seals are what leaks, or the ceramic pintle ball gets a scratch.

Otherwise you gotta pull them all and flow bench em.

I had a lot of fuel dilution before my emissions equipment fell off. Especially if I did a lot of idling. To do an active regen, the Cummins will inject diesel on the exhaust stroke in order to get the DPF hot enough for a regen. Of course some of this diesel will find its way past your rings and into your pan. Hence the reason why Cummins recommends lower oil drain intervals if you idle a lot.

I don't think it looks too bad, you had a "Monitor" recommendation on the report. I would change the oil & filter now. Drive it for your regualr routine and at the time to change the oil send in a sample to have it analyzed again. This will tell you what is normally happening in your engine. I don't think that idling for 5 hours is a normal circumstance for you and your engine, so your looking at something unusual right now. I'd be a little concerned but would wait for the next oil change to anticipate any further action.

My knowledge base is becoming obsolete. Thank you for helping OP. This emissions science fair is incredibly complicated.

It still could be what you stated. I was just giving what I have seen on mine and others Cummins and Powerstroke diesels. The Duramax does not have dilution issues due to regens because it has a 9th injector in the exhaust piping that injects fuel after the engine to get the DPF hot.
